INFO ABOUT THE CAMP:

Located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, nestled next to the Plumas National Forest, the historic town of Woodleaf had its start as a stagecoach and hotel stop during the California gold rush in the mid 1800s.

We welcome kids of all abilities to our camps. 

At Woodleaf, all of our main buildings are accessible to strollers or wheelchairs, and we have a handful of cabins that are designed to be accessible (special housing needs may be requested by your child's trip leader).

We will do our best to help every guest participate in activities. We want every kid to have the best week of their life as they come to camp!

Kids will stay in dorms filled with bunk beds and enjoy incredible food served in the dining hall.

Activities include: Challenge/ropes course, indoor and outdoor games, connecting with other students and leaders, cabin time, music and messy games!

***IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REGISTRATION/WAITLIST: 

As with every camp we attend at Young Life Capernaum, we will follow our usual procedure of waitlisting everyone while we ensure we have enough volunteer leaders to join us on the trip, as we aim for a 1:1 ratio of student to adult. When you register, you will automatically be put on the waitlist. We will notify you as soon as we are sure your child can definitely join us. Please understand that registering does not guarantee a spot.
